ગીર સોમનાથ જિલ્લા કલેકટરે કોડીનાર નગરની મુલાકાત લીધી હતી. શહેરની સમસ્યા જાણી હતી. કોડીનારમાં ખાસ કરીને ટ્રાફિકની સમસ્યા વિશેષ છે ત્યારે સંબંધિત વિભાગના અધિકારીને આ સમસ્યા તાત્કાલિક હલ કરવા સૂચના આપી શહેરની ટ્રાફિક સમસ્યા સહિતની પરિસ્થિતિનો તાગ મેળવવા શહેરમાં પગપાળા ચાલીને ફર્યા હતા.
