Once you place your traps use the purple to break 2 traps refill your purple and place more traps. So you don't need a plate and you can flood the entire board turn 1.
With the first move set, if you put the trap gems out first, and then chose your yellow gem area over some of the traps, it will recycle the purple mp.
100000% not keeping 6 stars down on turn 1 with that first moveset. Gable hits wayyy harder and 6 stars swipe a 3 match and kick out of a 3 million pin with 10 protects on the board like its nothing. I can't stand the extreme buffed kickout damage at 6 star
I agree they do need to change that kickout bs luckily I have a modern female 40% gem Def waiting for her depending on what her damage ctrl strap ends up being and I'm only 100,000 away from getting her. But I don't think Chad is better maybe there are even maybe the only reason I say that is because it's to many ways to nerf him anybody with a kickout and a plate that gains mp of that color can kickout of the sub like trickster Rey and he can deal major damage each time mines deal over 5k each kickout,anybody that has a sub plate or a anti stun strap and 1mp move like cena can be a problem,if you have a gain mp plate and a sub that's a problem,ko can be a big time problem,he also has to many moves that depends on the sub that can be countered, if you put sub trainers and coaches on him you take away orlther trainers/coaches,then you can also reduce his sub turns and lastly you can't say he hits harder because it's a chance you might not have that many protect gems on the board after the blue sub especially being random. Bayley recycles easy and will always add more traps and protects on the board, she can be nerfed also but not as much or easy as gable and she also has a sub. And I love gable I do he is a beast thats why I said maybe they are even. But man you really can't lose or go wrong with either one they are both probably the best female/male sb in the entire game.
