House Update, March 2, 2024

Work is progressing well. Much of the electrical wiring, plumbing, and mechanichals are in place. They started insulating this past week and they installed the flat roofs over the garage and primary bedroom. We no longer have "see through" walls, insulation is in place so,it is looking more like a home. If the schedule holds, we hope to move in this coming November, fingers crossed! Thanks, Craig. We are at the stage where there is a lot of "behind the scenes" work that has to be done before the major transformations and finishing touches. We have a fantastic general contractor and everything is on schedule. Thanks for your comment.

We are excited. I am working on another house update video. The stone wall of the fireplace is finished as is the drywalling. They are starting to side the house next week. We also looked at samples of the staining and polishing of the concrete on the first floor. Much to do!

Thanks Cindy! We noticed immediately the lack of echoing in the house once the insulation was installed.
