After watchin Mike DiLisio play through solo mode on this live, I was immediately hooked! I've signed up for notification of when the game will be available for purchase.
Good news: the solo mode was a Kickstarter exclusive, but they are going to make it available as a print-and-play option. I can live with that!
THIS IS FABULOUS! It's exactly what I want in a time travel game, and I've played a few time travel games (mostly dealing with fixing anachronisms in history.) I can't wait to drink hot chocolate with the Mayans, or show off the amazing diversity of human history with my grandkids! Thanks for the playthrough!

Mike, after further review, you did get a legitimate victory, even after removing the 1472 BCE card. As comments below also state, it only resulted in a 3 point difference. Looking at the cards in play and if you had played it correctly, you could've taken the 1794 card like you did, then the 1903 card and still gotten the Puncuality bonus without spending a time crystal. The color chips basically came out the same and didn't affect your itinerary at all. It's possible you actually would've gotten 3 more points with the legitimate extra card.
I think the peanut gallery is OK with you taking the victory :)

Hey Mike you still technically won even with that card mistake. That mistake only benefitted you 3 points so if you just subtract the 3 points from your total score, you still won by 3.
Looks like a real fun game. Missed the KS campaign entirely, so I am disappointed that the solo is KS exclusive. Find that such a weird decision by publishers. It looks like only an extra game board. Maybe they provide a PNP option or I get lucky and find a KS edition. There are a few stores in the Netherlands which sometimes sell KS/Gamefound editions as they had a retailer pledge.
I believe the publisher will be providing a PNP option.
@@thedicetower, I should have scrolled down a bit because somebody already said that. But I am ok with PNP, although I don’t think including it would have drastically upped the price of the game. Just a bit weird in this day and age where most publishers just throw in the solo in the base box. Maybe the reason I gave this a cursory glance at KS was my thought that it was just a retail game. It has all the trimmings of a game that should go straight to retail rather than crowdfunding.

I just purchased the game and haven't had a chance to play it yet but am differently interested in solo mode too. How do I get the AI itinerary card for solo mode? Any other way the original kickstarter game? ThanksQ
