I’m all in on the cream blush train! I’m also loving cream bronzer, cream highlight, and eye shadow as well. I have not tried the Bobbi Brown shadow sticks…I’ve been obsessed with the Eye Caviar from Laura Mercier lately. I will have to try the Bobbi Brown sticks.
I’m so glad I’m not the only one which “saves for special occasions” makeup I’m trying to stop doing that especially for items which expire. I’ve been team cream or liquid products for long time since my skin gets very dry in winter. I’ve noticed those tend to wear better on me.
Yes indeed I do have the eyelashes on my right eye that always looks great and I really have to work to get the left one close! I love the EL eyelash primes because it really holds my lashes after I have curled them. This makeup is out of my budget especially after all the other foundations that have come out. I am retired so I don’t go to many places that require great makeup, but good makeup. Thanks 😊
Such a pretty look. I love cream products as I’m very dry - use lots of LaMer. I’m also now tempted to try the CDP blush as I have been using Bobbi Brown for as long as I can remember and I love it. Thanks!
I love the way this turned out! However everyday it may seem, it’s definitely not for most people. I kept hearing luxury brand after luxury brand and it’s just a great big nope for me on almost all of these products. It’s just not practical especially having to wear a mask everyday for work.
That's why I love that there's so many brands with different price points and how they're so accessible now. Drugstore brands have come a long way that you really don't need the high end products to get a great look. It's wonderful!
Beautiful look! I’m pretty obsessed with cream blushes right now. The only one I’m using that isn’t a cream is the Estes Lauder rebellious rose. The Cle de Peau concealer is amazing!
Lisa, the look is so pretty - and we need dupes for them all- 😉. I have a question - you didn’t use eyeliner but it looks as thought you have it on. Do you have permanent eyeliner? I am planning on getting it in two weeks and a bit nervous. Thanks for any thoughts.
I'm so glad I found your channel!! I've already bought a few products you've mentioned in different videos and tried a few of your tips/techniques and it has made such a difference!!! Thank you so much for all your videos and content ☺️

The color of the Cle de Peau blush is gorgeous. However, the brand isn't cruelty free. Do you know if there is a cruelty free dupe for the shade of the Cle de Peau blush?
I’ve been wanting to try the clea de peau blushes. I’ve been torn between the color Fig and perfect peach. I normally wear a pink blush bc I’m cool toned. I always think peach is too warm for me. I noticed that the #4 looks more mauve instead of peach in the jar. Is that correct?
I watch all (I think) your videos and I think you look beautiful in the makeup tint , the blush is yummy and I’m not a fan of proper lip colour but I really like what you did with the liner & the lipstick (or whatever it’s called) so I will be purchasing every item you used today and I’m going to bite the bullet on the La Meir foundation. Thanks
You got me hooked on cream bronzer and blush. So easy to apply. And yes, for some reason I have much thicker and longer lashes on my left eye, which is strange, because I use a lash serum nightly, but tend to always sleep on my left side. You would think that I'd have the opposite results. Love how your makeup turned out. So simple, but yet a beautiful polished look! 😊🥰❤
Lisa …you’re beautiful no matter what brands or techniques you use. I know this video was a Saks sponsored one…that being said, of all the foundations and cc creams you’ve done reviews on, the entire LaMer complexion products you used don’t look as natural as others…including L’Oréal Infallible. I appreciate you trying all price points out for us though.
My left eye has better ladies too, Lisa. They are longer and fuller, and my right eyelashes are shorter and curled. I think it's due to me sleeping on my right side more often, so I try to switch my sleep positions. In an ideal world, I’d be able to sleep on my back with my head proposed up to preserve the lashes and face while simultaneously avoiding the dark circles (but that's due to allergies and hay fever)! Bless and be blessed. 2L 🙏😊
I just tried using your discount, as I ordered several things from Saks, the code wouldn’t go through. I’m trying to order on 7/29 so I still should get the discount. What am I doing wrong!?
What an awesome opportunity for you (partnership with saks). I'm so happy for you 😊. Another great video 📸👏🏽👏🏽. I most likely will not be trying La Mer foundation, but it looks marvelous on you 😍😍. My high end foundation is Pat McGrath Sublime Perfection Foundation. Thank you 😊 for all of the tips. Cheers 😉🌷
If you're in your 50's and don't use botox, you will 100% love the La Mer tinted moisturizer. I have Sisley, Chantecaille and too many others to mention. Most of my wrinkles are on my forehead as I'm very expressive. I use the La Mer for my forehead with a variety of other foundations for the rest of my face when I want more coverage. La Mer is special for wrinkles. Remember to go 1 shade darker for wrinkles.
I use a cream blush by Bobbi Brown and it’s my favorite cream blush, it’s easy to blend and gives my skin a beautiful glow and I always get compliments when I wear it too. I also use the Clinique cheek balm in the chubbie sticks. Ok La Mer is way out of my price point lol there is no way I will ever be trying this brand due to the price but it does look beautiful on you Lisa!
Is there an affordable skin tint with SPF that you love? I don’t need a lot of coverage but enough to even me out. I’m currently wearing IT Cosmetics your skin but better but it’s too thick so I’m looking to try something new. Btw, love your channel! 💕
Some of my favorites are Alastin (this is more of a tinted SPF, no coverage really but will even out.) I also love Physicians Formula BB Cream, they had one that had an SPF 30 in it.
I love the Elta MD tinted sunscreen. I use the Mac face and body over it very lightly just to cover a little when going to work. I'm 58 and like a natural look
So happy to see a Bobbi Brown product being used, I think it's such an underrated brand and it's rarely talked about. Should La Mer ever release unfragranced foundation I'd buy like a shot. The skin tint is absolutely stunning, am I correct in thinking that it's not an actual SPF but it has an SPF in it? Lovely, relaxing review with loads of info 😀💗💗💗💗
Love Bobbi Brown too! I have a video coming up using their cream shadow sticks soon... they are the best! So creamy but stay all day! And yes, has an SPF 30 in it. :)
I'm always so amazed how fast you can apply your mascara! It is literally the one single makeup task that takes the most amount of time out of my "routine." I think it is a combination of failing eye sight & problematic hands that has just slowed me down since I must sit with my nose pressed against a magnifying mirror to see close up & if I rush I stab myself in the eye or get hand cramps & drop the mascara lol. Do you know where someone can get shade matched & get a sample to try the La Mer foundation? I've heard nothing but raving endorsements of that foundation & would love to try it. I don't want to have to return/exchange such an expensive product if my skin reacts to it or they don't have my shade.
@@lisajmakeup no, I worked at Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus. But there are a lot of people at Neimans who worked at that Saks (now a trader Joe's, I believe🤣).
So you need about $500 for this make up look you’re getting to be as bad as Tammy’s Ageless Beauty I unsubscribed to her along time ago cause she’s off the chart with her high end BS As I see it the TH-cam influencers when they get a little bit of stardom or they get a little up there then they start moving up this isn’t for the average every day person And then there’s always the collaboration why you guys are collaborating with Nordstrom Saks Fifth Avenue whomever we don’t have to hear the story behind it we know why you’re doing it that’s why I stick with Hot and Flashy she keeps it more down to earth She’s approaching 1 million subscribers
I love Cream blush! Haven’t stopped using Jacklyn Hills Blush Stick.
I would love this look with more affordable dupes. Definitely too high end for daily make-up but you look absolutely amazing.
If you like that type of cream blush, Danessa Myricks has great formula that's kind of liquid like. It's a multi product but I just use on cheeks.
I always go in with a powder blush and use a cream with some sheen as a topper. It’s a beautiful look!

Controlling the texture can be difficult with creams, at least for me.
