@@Heather-Br indeed they can. Unfortunately, for me, the issues causing them have not been dealt with, so that stuff’s gonna be bugging me for a long time to come. But I’m at least not feeling as crappy about it, so I’ll take that as a win.
@minnevolved You don't have to answer unless you want to, but is there anything you can do to deal with the various things bugging you? Talk to a councellor? Talk to those causing the issues, if applicable? Work with a sleep specialist to try to find a remedy for that problem?
@ I should definitely consider consulting someone about the sleep issues. The inconsistency is definitely making things more difficult to deal with. As for the other stuff, I go see a therapist if I could afford it, but as it stands now, I’d have to pick between that and paying rent or eating, so that’s not really feasible. And confronting the people that are at the source of at least some of these issues is a little bit complicated. There’s a bit of a personal risk involved. Not really a safety risk thankfully. That’s mainly due to the fact that I live in my own place and have some more safe to be. But it could result in me losing support that I sort of have to rely on at the moment. Definitely questioning if it’s worth it though.
Chat gave your mons some interesting names! If the touchscreen bothers you, could you use buttons to navigate the menu instead? That won't help with its color palette, obviously, but would that help? And I have no clue what the difference is between legendary and mythical mons.
@@Heather-Br that’s a fair question. Normally the answer would be yes, but I found that using the touch function makes it a little bit easier to deal with. It’s still super awkward because I’m on an emulator though. It wouldn’t be a big deal if I was playing on an actual hardware. And as far as I understand, the difference between legendary and mythical Pokémon is mostly how you obtain them. But I’m not entirely sure. It honestly seems like a pointless distinction to me.
Glad you're feeling better. Hope you've continued to improved since this was live.
Thanks! I’m still having a rough time with my sleep, but I’m doing a lot better emotionally.
@minnevolved I'm glad to hear that. Emooal downturns can definitely be rough.

@minnevolved I agree. Legendary and mythical mons might as well be the same thing.
@ as far as I’m aware, there wasn’t a distinction back in the day. I’m not sure why they decided to do that.
@minnevolved Maybe to get people to buy more packs of cards lol!!
