What’s the reason you duplicate the adset 3 times and not just 1 time since everything in that adset remains the same? 🤔 hope you have time to answer my question and keep up the great work!
The reason is pretty simple, it just works. I've tried 1 adset CBO's and 3 adset CBOs, even 5 adset CBOs. 3 just always does the most consistent & best for me & my students. I'm sure it has something to do with hitting different pockets of the audience. You can even turn off adsets in the CBO that aren't performing over time as well.

Still works, especially for niche & evergreen products. There's a lot of other strategies out now for Facebook Ads but still not as consistent as the one shown in this video!

We used Shopify Payments & PayPal. No holds on Shopify but PayPal has a mandatory 21 day hold & eventually went to 180 days. Danny has around $50k stuck in PayPal and just turned it off. Nothing really happened to his conversions after turning it off so we’re leaving it like that.

Yup, very successful. What other job can you learn in the matter of weeks and make $200 a day from? $200 a day is $6000 a month. And while numbers don't always go up, it's certainly possible to make more than that consistently.
If you are running paid ads, profit margins vary from 10% to 30% of your total revenue. You get paid from the revenue first, and then pay your cc bill (that paid for ads & cogs). As long as you keep the cash flowing, you should be able to scale & spend more money on ads as you go up.

Could you please tell us when you have big revenue, and paypal have a limit of revenu, once it's reached, you get the money only after the delivery to customer. In this case, i won't have enough budget to scale more. Is it a good way to disable paypal to have only shopify payment so that i can get the revenue immediately to support the ads ? Will it decrease the conversion rate ? Thank you !
I would recommend disabling PayPal if you're experiencing holds like this. It won't decrease your conversion rate by a noticeable amount (or at all). It's not worth the money being held, preventing you from scaling higher. I have multiple students (including danny) that has disabled PayPal and have not noticed a decrease in conversions.

It’s mainly cash flow more than reinvesting. Ad performance are more or less predictable after and initial few thousand spend per day. So as long as you have enough of a credit limit on your business credit card, I’d always recommend scaling the ad spend when profitable. Payouts from Shopify take anywhere from 1-3 business days. The revenue is used to pay off the ad spend and cost of goods.
@seanblattmann6641 not a requirement but it’ll help with cash flow. With a debit card, you’ll have to wait until the Shopify deposits hit your account before you can spend more. It’s limiting for scaling but still possible!
2-3 ad videos in 10 interests! Facebook will sort the spend automatically between the 2-3 ad videos. You can do one but I've seen consistently do better with more variations.
At 4:20 , you create a whole CBO campaign from one performing adset. And you make 3 copies of that adset. So you CBO campaign will consist of 3 same adsets and creatives that are completely identical or do you go and make some slight changes in the 3 adsets from your new CBO ?

I would do ABO for testing. You would upload the initial 2-3 ads in your first adset and then duplicate it over for the remainder of interests that you want to try.

I have a question Andrew, for the ads payment can I pay after I receive from costumers payment on my store and use that money to pay ads bill for the past days ? or I have to pay in advance from my money first before start scaling ?
Like they said, you have to pay. You can still start with a low budget of $500-1000, but if you don't have a credit card, it'll take time to earn enough money to scale, possibly upwards of a month or two. Still, you have to follow a course and "know what you're doing" if you don't want to waste those hundreds.
It’s not about being profitable for the entire campaign or not. The adset with 1 interest was profitable with multiple sales and positive roas so we CBO-d it.
It's just cashflow, you still profit at the end of the day, and no one says you HAVE to spend every single ad budget daily if it's not making money! If I'm planning on spending $1,000 on ads the next day and I wake up with $300 spent and no sales, I'm turning it off!
When increasing your daily budget for the CBO campaign, isn't there a rule of increasing with a maximum of 20% every 48 hours in order to not 'disrupt' the learning process of the ad (campaign)? Seems like you went from 100 to 200 in one single increase, right? Btw, would you also recommend testing an ad set with no targeting? If so, and it performs well, would you apply your second-step tactic; creating CBO with 3 x ad set?
really depends on your roas. as you scale your roas would decrease. so if you got like 6 roas(ik unrealistic in cold audiences its just an example). so if you got 6 roas you can afford to scale more aggressively
what about audience overlap? Does this ever get considered? Fair enough if this strategy is working but surely duplicating everything over and over cannot be that efficient? Great video though!

He got a business credit card right before he started scaling. BUT even with a higher limit, he still had to pay off the card multiple times throughout the day. He used a chase business preferred for the 3x in points for ads!

That's enough, but you'll have to be very conservative on where you want to spend those funds. Each product test can cost anywhere between $100 - $200, sometimes more if you're not experienced.

It depends on what other metrics. Add to carts, Initiate checkouts. If you spent $100 on testing and got NOTHING, I'll move onto the next product.

No, you would have to pay for the ads before you get any sales. That’s the only part that you would have to pay before getting any sales.
Like they said, you have to pay. You can still start with a low budget of $500-1000, but if you don't have a credit card, it'll take time to earn enough money to scale, possibly upwards of a month or two. Still, you have to follow a course and "know what you're doing" if you don't want to waste those hundreds.

It’s not about being profitable for the entire campaign or not. The adset with 1 interest was profitable with multiple sales and positive roas so we CBO-d it.

It can be anywhere from 1 winning interest to around 5 winning interests. You can also try new interests related to the ones that have gotten sales.
How do you make real profit if you’re putting all your profit back into your ads?
It's just cashflow, you still profit at the end of the day, and no one says you HAVE to spend every single ad budget daily if it's not making money! If I'm planning on spending $1,000 on ads the next day and I wake up with $300 spent and no sales, I'm turning it off!

When increasing your daily budget for the CBO campaign, isn't there a rule of increasing with a maximum of 20% every 48 hours in order to not 'disrupt' the learning process of the ad (campaign)? Seems like you went from 100 to 200 in one single increase, right? Btw, would you also recommend testing an ad set with no targeting? If so, and it performs well, would you apply your second-step tactic; creating CBO with 3 x ad set?

Testing without interests depends on ad spend can be beneficial for testing. Whether you keep or cut is dependent on performance
really depends on your roas. as you scale your roas would decrease. so if you got like 6 roas(ik unrealistic in cold audiences its just an example). so if you got 6 roas you can afford to scale more aggressively
what about audience overlap? Does this ever get considered? Fair enough if this strategy is working but surely duplicating everything over and over cannot be that efficient? Great video though!

That's enough, but you'll have to be very conservative on where you want to spend those funds. Each product test can cost anywhere between $100 - $200, sometimes more if you're not experienced.
