- Today we're out on the water with guests Kennon and Hayden! This is their very first time fishing for carp. We're fishing on the Welland River using the T-Turn bait rig, baited with corn. It was a great day and Hayden and Kennon both caught their first carp, and a bonus catfish!

@@umeshpatelhamilton6196 ...I do not know the exact coordinates but you can fish anywhere along the Welland River from Welland to Wainfleet....just find an open area and fish it as that whole river is good....there is no intersection close to where I was fishing

gotta teach these boys that these type of carp are a naturalized species unlike the asian variety. better not have them learn the bad habits of other anglers snd have them end up mistreating those poor common carp
also i wouldnt be eating these carp do often. only about 2% if the several million eggs they lay end up hatching and surviving . sometimes less. which is part of the reason they are labeled a vulnerable species.
@@crevice5369 I agree they shouldn't be treated cruelly, but keep in mind 2% of a million is 20,000 end up being hatchling :-)
