Looks like i dodged a bullet with this one.I rarely sand like 2 times a year and for that reason i bought parksides 3 in 1 sander that can change plates. Thanks for the honest review ,most of time i watch your video before buying electric tools from parkside .Wish you would do their smaller non electric stuff too !

Good one. Mine has been allready sent back. Those vibration in polishing on full speed were terrible. Also very hard to keep in hands on raw sanding. And that noise like jet taking off. Good one. You give your tools hell, like that.!!!

My one broke after about 3h of use from new.. i dont know why. Only used it for sanding plywood. It instantly gets redhot when using it.

Hi, it's normal that you couldn't dismantle the central screw. First of all, it's an upside-down pitch, so you have to turn it clockwise to dismantle, and secondly, the screw is glued with loctite. I heated it with a soldering iron and disassembled it with the impact screwdriver in minimum mode 120Nm per a-coups.
I've already spotted a big bearing that's of poor quality, it's got some play in it, which isn't normal on a new bearing. But I'll let you make up your own mind.
Oh yes, put the sander in Orbital mode for unclamping, because holding the platen may not be enough. When you see how it holds, you'll understand.

I think, you tested it on low mode. It is visible from that disk is spinning in low revolutions. This mode is usable for polishing or fine finishing, not for fast grinding. I one ordered one from eshop and it came broken. The low mode did not work. Today I bought one in regular store, which is ok, but it warm up very quickly. Probably I will return it. It is also very loud and really heavy.

Nope. It was on direct drive.

It's an interestintg machine on paper, but seems a bit disappointing in the test. It should have erased that board..
Maybe with 3m/mirka discs. A good hard pad would be interesting too - maybe this is compatibile with bosch get 75-150 pads.
How does it do with vibrations?
    Thank you for the video

Mine model got sent back after first work couple days ago. Vibrations were bad very bad. You need to use better quality sandpapper. Heat is also prblem as machine gets warm very quick. It is not worth 50 euros.

    • @GianniStorti

@@jozefhudak822 thank you for the feedback. Vibrations and performances are the very 2 things that bothers me the most.
Do you think it gets alarmingly hot? Bosch's Get75 and Festool's Rotex get real hot too, but maybe they have better component to handle the heat

    • @TheLuci86
      @TheLuci86 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

I know.. used market is good where i live, you can still get several these for one festool, but a sander is important, i hate the tingling feeling i get when sanding even for short periods of time and i spend a lot of time sanding.. I already have one Parkside sander, when i upgrade I want to upgrade 😊

Good but this overheating is not acceptable so I'll wait and hope this gets fixed with the next version which should probably be A2 or B1

it has 4.5mm jump, so it should be a great deal, since the cheapest alternative with 5mm jump costs here 2x the price

The two modes is like the bosh turbo mode? I saw turbo mode on bosh as was another lvl vs regular sanding mode. twice as fast
Also agree that sand paper probably is rubish. Think diablo has some very good ones.

Those sanding pads looks like crap ,mirka isnt best , go with Cubitron II XTRACT 710w or XTRACT 310w , or for sharp corners or metal == 775L
( 310w is better on sharp corners and "sticky" flat materials like wood with resin etc where 710w is better for anything else mostly flat , composites , metal etc. ,,,,, For pure metal aplication 775L can be better option than 710w but not best dust collection with them)

On the other hand this think comes for 50 euros with 5 years guarantee. But who knows how long will Nato and Eu hold in these days loool. So 12 months guarantee max. XD:
