I like that you are driving a decent speed. Many "scenic drive" channels drive painfully slow and then pull over all the time to let other drivers pass. That gives me anxiety.
It also harms immersion. I watch videos like that not just to ogle at the pretty landscape, but to dream of being there myself and experience it vicariously. If I were there, I wouldn't sneak around at 25 mph, so it lessens my enjoyment if the people making the video do.
