I loved watching on PBS back in the day in the south when Blacks weren’t even allowed to drink from the same water fountains and the concert had a rope in the middle of the floor to segregate the kids, But the kids were all just having fun dancing 💃🏼 🕺, the rope fell, and kids just all naturally merged all over the dance floor and the cop 👮♂️ raised his billy club to hit them back into segregation but dancers were moving so fast all over and he was afraid to he might strike a white kid and he just kinda gave up. Rest in peace, my brother Henry Fambrough. 😢 The Detroit Spinners is no longer just a group from the 70s but is a part of my soul. I am sending my condolences, prayers, and love to the family and fans.
Now that’s what I call real classic music 🎵. The type of music both my parents grew up grooving too. I just turned 30 last week, and this is the type of music that resonate in my generation today & will continue on in the next generation too come. ENJOYABLE! SENSATION!
The spinners were my favorite. 😢 The vocals, music and style they had are incomparable. They will be missed 😢
Who is listening in 2023

I'm not just listening but have tickets to see them in August.
What woman won't want to hear those words coming from a man. Instead of “ l wanna know beat you and violate your body“. The God for the Mighty Spinners 🎉
