This must be one of the greatest moments of live heavy metal ever. No one could or will ever match DeFeis and Dio on power, emotion and voice command. I really love the sirens (Tate, Dickinson, Kiske etc.) but it can't get better than this.

Wonderful show. Excellent image and audio, it is unfortunate that the show is not complete. There is a part of about 25 minutes left from the beginning. Later, I will post it in full on my channel.
It seems like he had some illness around 2005 that's to blame. He sounds fucking great in 2004, then they had to cancel some gigs early in 2005 for Defeis to undergo treatment for some ailment they didn't specify. After that they did a couple more big shows, then reduced their touring and shortened their setlists. All the live recordings from 2007 onward that I've heard he has his new vocal style/problems. I just can't find any recordings from 2005-2006 to pinpoint exactly when the change happens :(
@@GeorgeGanesh I didn't know he had that issues. I can't find any recordings from 2005 to 2009 too :/ I've seen the band shring in his social media some pictures taken in those shows. I bet they have videos too, but they keep it secret for some reason we'll never know.
Oh man, this is unbelievable. The band performance and especially David is unreal. PS: what's the deal with drunken Povertys no crime during House of Dust? They seem really annoying and crossing the line

Its really sad and funny at the same time that metalheads in these kind of comments forget to mention the King among Kings, Eric Adams!

Epic metal at its best and Virgin Steele at the top of their creativity back then
WOW... Emalaith! What a masterpiece... I saw them at the Agglutination Festival 2002, in Chiaromonte, and it was pure magic!
32:43! Oh my God
Very thrilling part, the best of the song in my view
Performance of Emalaith is freaking awesome!
Pure fucking metal! they rocked their asses off, they are now immortal metal history. No modern metal will sound as epic as them.

Noble Savage is a fuckin masterpiece
Incredible performance Live sounds like the studio version! They were at their prime.
I was there.....great show !!
David DeFeis a god made vocalist. Amazing.
A Symphony of Steele live is really outstanding

One of that bottle is in my room since then, It was taken by my brother that was in first raw on the left.
Criminally Underrated Band
Grande Video!!! I VS al TOP!

David used to have such a great, powerful voice.... what the hell happened to him?
I can't stand the way he sings now, both live and in studio..
It's sad to hear David's voice nowadays.
I wonder what happened to his voice.
@@andrecarvalho5110 Defeis is done... :/
He burnt out his mid range is what happened. He can only sing really high or really low now, he doesn't have the mid range vocal power anymore

The Raven Song? YES!!!!
The greatest vocalist ever and the greatest band ever. Unfortunately David's voice has gone for the sickness he had between 2007 and 2009.
What sickness??
@@Minoas521 he had throat problems
Those were the days of glory ! No resemblance to the ridiculous 2020 Virgin Steele .. They have become shadows of their own glorious past
You said It well
