I've hadn't previously looked into Svdden Death much because the small amounts I'd seen of their sets and Voyd seemed rather dark, but I'm glad I clicked on this. Yes, the imagery in this video may still be on the darker side but the vibes I got were not doom and gloom, I felt a general recognition of human struggle and a message of encouragement to keep moving forward. Good stuff - thank you for your art :)

How did you keep from getting discouraged when you started producing? When was the moment that you felt like you could start pursuing it as a full time gig?
i never really had a moment where i thought i could pursue it full time, although probably the best answer is when i got my car stolen lol right before i released spelljam ep and take ya head off so i had insurance money saved up to not work my stocking job i was on call for a couple months and was making money to cover most of my other expenses thru shows, tutoring, mastering and streaming. so it was pretty lucky cus after that i did my shut em down tour with yakz and then played edc with afk, and everything started taking off. again pretty lucky but that doesnt mean it has to happen that quickly.
as for getting discouraged, i constantly do, but also am lucky enough to have a great support system of friends and other producers who also feel the same. bringing each other up is the goal
