Hi Gary, used the Tekkna a few times and loving it, its sonar on steroids. already found a Henry V111 sovereign penny, roman fib, silver Vicky belt ring and a Charles 1 rose farthing, all pretty rare in my part of Cornwall. Just a (possible) Pro-tip on that camera issue mate: If your skin-tones are switching wildly, then the cam may be 'Auto White-Balancing', (depending on what's in shot at the time). If this is the case, you need to 'Manually' switch it to 'Outdoor' (usually given with a Sun '🌞' icon...). Hope that helps matey... B 🙏

I used the Tekkna program on a field, already detected with an ORX/elliptic coil. Now with the Deus II/Tekkna I'm still finding coins and tiny stuff. Thanks for sharing these settings. 🙏
Best program by a country mile,took the d2 out after work on a pasture for couple hours,31 coins,a button,and a few bits of trash and ring pulls.But to me,it's the way it cuts through ferrous/non ferrous targets.I've always increased discrim on factory programs at say 15,but this 42 wow.

This is an amazing programme, I've been using it a lot lately. One thing I have noticed is that the machine started falsing more than usual on the bazalt rocks I have in my area, it doesn't do that on the other programmes, but the falsing sound is easy to identify. I guess that's what happens on hot programmes anyway.
with the gorpro i tend to find if your in the sun the go pro struggles to proses the bright light especial when the sun is behind you .. i tend to have the camera pointing slightly down the way as the lens can get flooded with light thus affecting the processor.. what bugs me the most is the shut down and over heating .. i have the GP 9s and 10s .. .. but yes they are unstable at times and it has always been the way .. great when they work . maybe an update is required ..
The halo effect is mainly from wet ground. Some use this term for corroded Iron. Regarding the wet ground, nothing out target ranges around 23 can work on the Deus 2.

Hello Gary, I tested it yesterday in a field saturated with iron that I have been raking for 15 years, which means that there is almost nothing left to find since it is not plowed deeply. I still found a few small fragments of objects in a particular area where for years I haven't had any sound with the Déus I. So for me it's an effective program. My question is, would the Tekkna be effective in the forest because in my area there are a lot of them. Does setting the responsiveness to 2 and lowering the frequency risk rendering the program useless? If you have any advice for adjustments in the forest, I'm all ears :)

A lot of tiny trash like small pieces of aluminium wire catching all the time. Also I keep digging rusty nails - they come to sound very sweet... Any tip's how to avoid those?

Hi, I have tested your Tekkna program for several hours now and it works wonderfully. But to understand the whole thing, the disc in full tone mode is actually just a tonebreak setting or is it a real disc? Greetings from germany
Please guys...do not raise your disc to 40+....it should be set at 5.8 maximum especially in iron ....targets come up as low as 6 in iron and that's why setting it at 5.8 is so important 👍

Always experiment on your land, lowering the reactivity and raising the audio response will offer more dynamics on a quiet site

Something is wrong then, did you use Sensitive FT as a baseline.
