Easy method that worked for me: As your parents to type in their pin(for a game or something on Google play) and make sure you're screen recording. Make sure they can't see the watermark, so after they are done, you have their password in your gallery.

basically, delete your Gmail, then restart your phone, then delete the family link app, then log back into your Gmail and recover it

However when you've deleted it I recommend downloading an app hider and making a fake family link cover for a random app, and then when you click on it, make sure it displays a fake photo of your profile (remember to screenshot it before deleting) and then tell your parents it was just a glitch
