So….which ones are supposed to be the 5.0 players, lol.
The dude in forest green / white hat is a good player
Easy to critique online, any one who thinks they are 3 5 or 4.0 and can beat either team? Moneyball it up, both these teams are medalists at 4.5 and 5.0. at big tournaments
That's 4.0 pb in Florida at best.
Just learning the rules here. Was the step in the kitchen on the OTP at about 2:55 legal?
Yes. You can be in the kitchen when you hit the ball after a bounce. You cannot volley while in the kitchen.
Losing team 4.0 at best. Winning team is 4.5
The red shirt team made too many unforced errors. These teams are usually really good, maybe because this was the first game of the tournament.
wait, is it 4.0-4.5 or 5.0?
The red shirt team players have won multiple 4.5 medals. The green shirt team has won multiple 5.0 medals
@@wisepickleball thanks, 4.0s and 5.0s tend to get mixed up a lot because they both make the same shots, but 5.0s consistently hit them harder and with more spin at the cost of occasionally making unforced errors. That, and progression slows down once you get so good. You can only make a shot so well until you start making completely different shots. It seems like this has been the first year when the pros are starting to speed up the game more, driving and using spin more rather than dropping and regular dinking. I wouldn't be surprised if 5.0s start looking like banging 3.5s more than ever, the only difference being their superior accuracy and placement.
Great analysis! I remember anyone that used to hit the ball hard all the time was labeled a 3.5 banger. The way to get to 4.0 was to drop and play the slow dink game. In the past year or so, I have played multiple 5.0 players that hit really hard but very consistent all the time. There's no soft game and they speed up everything, but they were winning tournaments. Personally, I like the soft slow dink game but unless I can perfectly reset and drop every ball, it's almost impossible against hard hitting 5.0 players.
What a joke ….shorty on the loosing team is a 3.5 at best
He'd beat the brakes off a 3.5
Somebody teach the Engage paddle how to drop.
The backhand guy is tennis player. He does not understand the pickleball spin yet.
What level is this?
This game specifically, maybe 4.3. many unforced errors
@@wisepickleball thank you
You're welcome
These guys are 2.5s. Maybe 3.0s. Don’t disrespect us true 5.0s with that title. Countless missed dinks, forehand drives and resets. All of these guys are trash and would get whooped at our local courts.
3.5 at best
Coach C here: stop the bloody slicing and your game will improve drastically.
Nobody can ever put a level in the title without the comments being full of "well, akshally, they're X at best"
Haha so true, every video has those types of comments 😂
Usually those people are nit picking...but there's actually only one player here that could be 5.0 haha, the guy in green
@@JemMawson true when they aren't said level.
5.0 my A$$ !!
Unfortunately the slicer has missed two 4th shots but I do like the slice return. It stays real low and is a good item to have in your arsenal but you can't use it all the time. Just like in Tennis you have to mix your returns up.
Taylor Kenneth Davis Sandra Thomas Sandra
Clark Thomas Allen Robert Lopez John
This is amazing lol
Thanks for watching
The slicer is 5.0?
So that’s 5.0… whoops, been under-rating myself. Luckily I’ve only played twice… I don’t like sandbaggers.
