I'm using the alternate fire on the navigator (with catalyst) to create a grapple point above the boss before damage. If you use your grapple on a grapple point the ability doesn't go on cooldown. The shotty is wastelander m5 from dares
looks like banner of war, probably syntho, 1-2 punch wastelander, tractor, thread of ascent and thread of generation. armor mods probably impact induction and idk the rest, and to make the grapple tangle he used navigator, then switched to wastelander. The energy weapon looks like the void waveframe.

i solo one phased way faster with a heavy GL but this is impressive i guess....

Some improvements: at 0:18 your grapple is late, and at 0:37 some of the pellets of your shotty missed. Good effort buddy!
Enhanced 1-2 punch allows you to miss pellets and still proc the perk
