I heartily agree! I bought the original and an expansion, and realized that should I get ALL the expansions, I would be paying 100's of dollars, so the Big Box is a great deal! I will be gifting the Original game and expansion I bought to someone so they can become addicted! 🤣 Thanks for the overview, as I just started playing, and I need all the help I can get.
This has 11 expansions, but there are quite a few different expansions. I'd head over to BGG to see all the other expansions. This set will keep you busy for quite some time. I added 1 new expansion from this box at a time during each game session to make it easier to learn and keeping it fresh.
There's only the First 2 (Inns & Cathedals / Merchants & Builders) and the otherz are small.ones. It will be missing somes like - Abbot and Mayor / Princess & Dragon / The Tower, etc
This video gives the wrong impression to people, based on the ridiculous maximal rating and the complete absense of any negatives in your review. Only 4 of the 10 (not 11 btw) expansions are worth it, so you buy a lot of superfluous stuff that doesn't make the game better but just more cumbersome. Furthermore this must be your very first board game in your collection, judging by your extremely positive look on the box. Any boardgamer's first reaction is: that box is way to big for the contents, it's like a bag of crisps. This thing takes up waay too much space. So they DIDN'T do a fantastic job with the materials. They just made it as big as possible purely for marketing reasons, and you tag right along with that. Either you're incompetent or you're being paid by the publisher in secret. In both cases, stop making this kind of video. You're not doing anyone a service with it.

You're entitled to your opinion as am I. I enjoy the large box and the clean organization of the inserts. Could it have been a bit small, sure, but I am not a picky person when it comes to things I can't control.
Newsflash: you CAN control whether or not to buy the box (it has no new elements in it) AND (if you were impartial) you would also have an impact on the publisher by mentioning this ridiculous box size in your review. If enough people make that remark, it would have an impact.
Could we also see the camera pointing down as your speaking and doing the unboxing?

We bought this version on Black Friday last year and have enjoyed it quite a bit. The rule book and storage organization are a big plus!
