- Myself and Frodo loaded up the bushcraft bikes and headed off into the woods for a wild camp and to practice some bushcraft, cook some nice food and drink a few quality ales. I supplied the booze and Joey D did an excellent job of supplying the food. Bike camping is a brilliant way to get that little bit further into the wild than you might usually do, it also means you can carry more luxury items (booze) in with you which is great. That was great man enjoyed it. I'm all over bike camping as it's 90% of the camping I do. Area looked great awesome woodland with a beautiful water source. Haze n Joey D on the beers. What's not to like, tip top mate ;)

Toffee goes well in a beer. I tried a beer called blue ribbon ages ago and it had a lovely butterscotch flavour to it. The 2 greatest beers ever to grace my tastebuds though are deuchers ipa. And fullers 1845. Both exceptionally good brews and complete opposites of each other. One was an incredibly aromatic hoppy flavour (smelled like a bag of weed when i popped the top) the other is an incredibly dark complex malty flavour. If youre gonna get smashed get smashed on quality lol. Theres also a beer thats a sticky toffee pudding flavour. Both me and the missus like it but it's not a beer you can just drink bottle after bottle of. Definitely one to experience though as is banana bread beer. Avalable in the wanky lifestyle beer section of supermarkets. Its where the hipsters usually hang out 😂

My bev combo would be a nettle and mushroom loosener at a 5.2%. Followed by a stronger owl spunk and woodlouse ring piece at a 8.2%.

*Anyone else a Wild Camper here who does Bike Packing???* Just wondering, I have serious issues with those damn barriers they have that fit bikes through but obviously without pannier bags, I've started to just pack all my gear into the rucky which makes it up to 25kg!! - just tired of taking the panniers off and back on every few minutes (I live outside of London so they have loads of bike barriers to stop the chavs on mopeds).

Haze, me and a few mates camped a stones throw from there (literally) on Friday night. I hammocked amongst some dodgy looking pines, so many widow makers, I was bricking it. I even bought some IPA and red wine, think it was called Snake Dog 7.3%, great video btw
