me and my mates play differently, still the same rule guessing higher or lower but instead of a base 4 pyramid we do a diamond shape to 4 width in the middle. this way the bus rider has 7 rows to get through and also depending on what layer you are on determains how much you have to drink. So being on the 3 width means you drink 3fingers, 4 width is 4 fingers worth etc. gets you absolutely fucked and its really hard lol
I played this with my cousin. Holy shit I got hammered. I was nearly puking by the time I managed to finish second row because I kept screwing up XD so jokes

Question 1: I like to reveal each row individually (just because they are worth different amounts of drinks and it is less confusing) but you can reveal it all at once if you like. What is the order from high to low from the cards?
King > Queen > Jack > 10 > 9 > 8 > 7 > 6 > 5 > 4 > 3 > 2 > Ace. Although I guess you could put ace at the highest but I've only seen it used as a 1.
