Setup and gear at the end of the video.
This is a very dificult fight and attempted it countless times... First of all i tried to force heal skip (stamina charge) so hard but it was so frustrating since almost never u can skip that heal. Then i came up with this new setup thanks to my big pulls on FF9 banner and i managed to have the right amount of damage to beat this mf.
Animation cancel with LB was CRUCIAL in this particular fight.
What a goddamn nightmare this battle was. Ended up using Barret for DEF, Yuffie for WND, and Aerith for HEAL
You absolute BEAST! Very well done! I will have to try out this strategy. I might have to wait until lvl 70, but this gives me hope!

In the first phase (before stamina charge) im chilling, just healing and casting barriers while i build all my LB. All the damage in the first phase is irrelevant since it will self heal fully. Thats why i use x2 speed, after that i play at normal speed.
So is his stamina charge actually confirmed as skippable then ? As every fight i’ve had with him he’s triggered it its so annoying 😩 tbf i think that stamina charge is unnecessary as he’s hard enough as it is so if anyone knows how it can be skipped let rip as would love to know how lol
Hello there! I can confirm that stamina charge is definitely skippable. I have achieved it myself several times. But the causes of getting the skip is unknown knowledge atm... I tried everything to get consistent skips like dps rush, slow dps, barrier up all the time, limit breaks at specific moments... but no solid results. Seems to me that stamina charge skip is just rando, or a glitch or something random.

I just beat it today as well, with similar gear. How you have so much hp and def tho and still hit him pretty hard?
I had to rewatch it to see lol. Didn't notice you have an OB6 amarnt claw and a 5* aerora blow! I wish I had enough saved for that mines only at OB1 and it just makes the run harder imo lol. My motor drive is OB10 just a few days ago but she only foes around 60k after all the def downs

Yess... i spend all my savings since sephiroth launch banner (almost 100k crystals) on cloud/tifa FFIX banner and i got OB6 tifa and ob7 cloud and this was KEY! Absolutely broken weapons. Unfortunately i didnt have enough crystals to make a single pull on sephiroth or aeris FFIX banners@@unskillfullymasterful
