Re~ Cielo Magno, self~righteous, smug & smirking, always right who got fired as Under Secretary of Finance for writing bad things about PBBM's policies and other issues while still in Public Service. Freedom of Expression or Unethical attitude/conduct for a Public Employee? Or both? Ang pagka~alam ko, if one works in the government especially holding a cabinet position, one must not criticize? Or one is advised to refrain from criticizing? At that level being considered as PBBM's alter ego? Please explain this, if you have time? Thanks.
