Karl did actually made Pilko Pants and is a clip on here of him selling them live on tv but there's a S02E08 which everyone seems to not know about or skip but they show the footage of Karl selling his Pilko Pants. But overall S02E08 is a reaction of Ricky, Steve and Karl essentially reacting to the footage of Karl throughout Series 2.
