I am using 80 mbps internet & Samsung frame tv. When I’m playing it by the tv apps it’s playing smoothly but OTT contents are not playing smoothly using the Binge box. How to solve the problem so that it plays smoothly. Please help.
Bhai mujhe aagar sirf 6 months jo free milta hai uske baad agar mujhe ott nahi dekhna hai toh uska recharge karwane ki jarurat nahi padegi na sirf tv recharge Karwaunga toh chalega na
I bought set top box in offer period by which I got fix channel pack for 11 month...So the question is, can I add extra channel/channels ? Will it affect the offered pack ?
Yes bro it's affect if you are removing channels like you have 100 channels and then you removed 10 apps and add any other apps so it's doesn't affect but if you are only removing it's time period will long for 10-15 days and and adding apps will short time period 😊
Bro they will add pay channels which you never opt for without your knowledge I promise you and they will blame you for same then refuse to refund if you ask, claim, bring facts or bang your head.
Keep your OTT separate. Never trust in Tata play. This company after rebranding as Play is run by thugs, pickpockets, liars, manipulators and cheats. Surely their hiring criteria is dishonesty. No wonder

Free trial ke baad automatically paise debit kr liye without any consent.I jus intalled the app and went for free trial and then had uninstalled.But after 7 days it deducted Rs 149 from Tata Sky account.

Example I watch Star gold HD suppose, they activate Star gold SD without any consent or intimation. Remote starts to malfunction out of the blue moon and they charge 200 each time at least 1 every 9 months or early. The antenna receiver(LNB) with hot weather deteriorates each summer that drops picture quality and signal strength requirses a replacement each year or live with poor picture. HD picture quality only watchable and SD channels pic quality is worse compared to Airtel STB. For Channels activation from their end they don't entertain refund related complaints, they just call back once ask again what happened and close the complaint without any action. Social media is full of people dissatisfied with Tata sky's unexpected poor service and poor staff quality. Be wise opt for anything else. You shall be happier
