      @@PetalsSepalsandSpines I 💯 agree. I have over 100 orchids now and I only will get the compact ones moving forward. No more room for big ones anymore.

      We couldn't find any pictures of the gloriosum. When you get their care right they are really rewarding plants.

    I have just arrived at the door of your channel. I don't understand why I have never come across you before. The haul from the Orchid garden was very nice and I hope that they are settling in very well. Thank you and I look forward to seeing more of your channel. Hope you both have a very good Christmas.     That was a very nice haul. The Phalaenopsis are indeed in very good condition and I was impressed with the size of the Dendrobium parishii which is One of my favourites. The one I ordered from OrchidGarden as a blooming size came in a tiny pot, two dying sticks. I ordered several times from them and I got some good orchids and others that were bad, really bad ones. I made a complaint last time and I did not even get a reply so I gave up on them. I am glad for you and I hope they all make it nicely. Looking forward to see the flowers when they open.

      I'm sorry your plants arrived in bad condition it's so disheartening when that happens. We've read mixed reviews about this nursery and wanted to try for ourselves. We were lucky with our plants

    I think it all depends on what they have in stock when when we order. However some bad plants should never be sent. But the worst of it all was not getting a reply. A client should never be ignored, no matter the business.
    A friend of mine placed and order to them of 500 euros and got about 50 % bad plants and when she made de complaint she did not have a reply either.
    However this same friend of mine has similar complaints of Schweter, the top nursery in Europe. Go figure🤔

      Not getting a reply is terrible! And there's no excuse for it, good communication is key and can make or break a business. I would rather be told there's no stock of a plant than be sent one dying. With Schwerter we have received a couple of plants in bad conditions, but they always replied swiftly and made things right.

      I think every can nursery have their good and bad points. I never had trouble with Schwerter. Maybe it also depends on the transport company? I had a problem with Wichmann but they were super fast in replying and sorting out the problems and explaining where things had gone wrong.

      @@suethompson6497 I agree, they all have good and bad plants but they should not send rootless plants or tiny seedlings when the order was placed and paied for blooming size. One of them was a Potinara, came in a tiny pot. When I checked there were 4 plantlets crammed in together. This is just one example, I had several others. But what I found hard to understand was not getting a reply to any of the emails I have sent directly to the owner. I figured, as I come from a country in the extreme of Europe they felt they were at ease to disrespect. Very sad 😔.

      @@FernandaNascimentoOrchids Of course I completely agree with you that if they charge for a mature plant and send a baby, or sick ones, or don’t pack properly, don’t answer emails or calls, that’s just very very bad customer service. I don’t think it’s your location in Europe, it’s the fact that they can get away with it because it’s an online order, they don’t need to deal with you in person. If I had a bad experience and it was not resolved to my satisfaction then I would never use that nursery again, no matter how fantastic their orchids! In my first reply I wrote points not plants.

      @@suethompson6497 They did the same to a friend who lives in Spain with an order of 500 euros and half the plants were not good either. They did not respond to her complaints either. You are right, I will never use their services again, that is for sure nor will my friend. When I did the unboxing in my channel (this happened last year) I tried not to look too disappointed but I am afraid it showed 🤔. Anyway, there are many good sellers out there, thank goodness.
