    Tungsten combined with a cover of cells of which ooblek(non Newtonian) is stored, and then a layer of Velcro or carbon fiber skin over that. Finally, some triforcing(spongy AND rigid)
    Some Polycarbonate in the shape of shark scales, bundle them up, and then raise them to face outwards.
    And someday we might be able to make Ceramite and Adamantium

      Well compared to other metal yes but you’re correct it’s not the strongest material. Diamond is the strongest material when it comes to hardness but in heat no.

    • @mintybluej
      @mintybluej 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Ainsley Ross don’t forget Diamond has a weak effect against slicing. I forget the term for it, but you know what I mean.

      @Ragnarok222R 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It’s very resistant to heat and very dense, but it’s also rather brittle because of its hardness. It’s a 9 on the hardness scale, where as a diamond is a 10.

      @@gamers-xh3uc ok hold on a sec.
      1: who the heck is denny?
      2: a chemist would know that metals can have 4 different kinds of strength, and heat resistance is not one of them. in fact, when compared to other metals like titanium, tungsten actually scores fairly low in one of these 4, that being impact strength. tungsten is very brittle, its known to break and shatter with enough force.
      trust me, Ive heard how professional chemists refer to factors like this, and that is not one of them.

    To clarify the reason why ultra-violet light shows up before normal light is for the same reason why the sky looks blue, that being that higher frequency light scatters more to the point where if you look through a camera that picks up ultra-violet light it'll look foggy, and ultra-violet light reactions are more like how the wings of some types of butterfly turn all light that hits it blue.

      I want to rewrite this story as a live action educational adaptation. This show does a fantastic job of painting real-life math and science as a superpower, and that's something American youth badly need.
      Yeah the design choices I would make in this interest would admittedly offend some fans of the original - toning down the fanservice and anime logic, namely - but I'm sure the people who made this show 10 billion percent wouldn't mind - after all, they understand the spirit of pragmatism and the value of getting people excited about science.
      The only real problem is reconfiguring the story such that it would match a 6th-grade to 12th-grade American school curriculum.
      Since human development requires all hands and all knowledge areas just like in the anime, we could make an educational adaptation of this show tie all the major subjects together. While math and science is the main focus (it wouldn't cover historical events) it can still support history education by showing Dr. Stone teching up alongside the curriculae, giving students something that History classes fail horribly at: context.
      The mission would be to ensure kids come away with one vital lesson: none of this is useless. It's all connected, and all that "boring" stuff you're being taught the reason humanity has come as far as it is. And we're going to sell that message by sending them back to the time when there truly was nothing.
