Hi, so I purchased a real care 2 bab a couple weeks ago, and I unboxed her yesterday. She came to me preprogrammed, and when I went to use her, her feeding fungtion wasn’t working properly. Her ID would chime once in a while when she didn’t need anything, it would do that when I’d pick her up. She’s my dream real care, I’ve been looking for a real care 2 for 6 years, and the reason I wanted her was because she was preprogrammed. I’m blind, and even though I have a real care 2+ and real care 3, I cannot program them on my own, the software’s not blind user friendly. Is this problem an easy fix? I payed a pretty penny for her, and I don’t wanna have to send her back. The seller I got her from is dealing with some health issues and because of that, it took her longer than usual to get hear
Oh no, I’m sorry this happened to you. Unfortunately when you buy these realcares there’s always a chance they will not be 100% functioning unless you buy them from someone that knows how to test them. Not many people Cary spare parts to fix them - I have fixed broken feeding sensors before but not inside a Realcare head as the feeding sensor is part of the baby’s head so unfortunately it would only be good for a hybrid. ☹️ It’s hard to know what is wrong without having the baby in my possession. I’d try and send the baby back and get another 😬 good luck, sorry this happened to you. I do sell hybrid babies that are new Realcare boxes that I wire up, if anything happens they can come back to me for repairs if something was ever to happen but I don’t work on babies that haven’t come from me sorry ♥️ The babies I sell are pre programmed and you put the batteries in and take them out so you don’t need to program them :) They’re on my shopify if you would like to take a look- Shellbells Reborn Creatioms - shopify 🥰
Hi, thank you for your help, my brother in law’s gonna try and see what’s wrong with it, cause some times it does seem to work. If he can’t find the sorse of the problem, I might just get him to put her electronics into my real care 2+, my 2+ works like new. On a brighter note, I got my first authentic reborn doll this passed October, her name is Heather Madison, she’s 5 pounds, has rooted hair, and full arms and legs, I’m her first owner, and I got her from Australia! I got her from send an angel nursery! She arrived to me 1 week after purchasing her, and when I got her, I showed her off to my family and held her for 2 hours straight

You can do a restart and it will change the program, or you can buy a controller
