  • Beautiful-looking and amazing-tasting baked goods that you can easily prepare at home 😉 In this recipe, the dough rises classically and not in the refrigerator, which is why you have the baked goods on the table much faster. In this recipe, it is brewed simply in Natrium karbonat. In Austria, this version is usually baked at home🙂 I like baking this pastry very much, it is amazingly tasty, soft, with a crispy crust. Definitely don't hesitate friends!!!

    We need:
    Dough:
    600g smooth flour ( all purpose flour)
    400ml water
    50g melted butter
    1 tbsp granulated sugar
    1 tbsp salt
    21g of yeast
    For a water bath:
    1.5L of water
    3 tablespoons sodium carbonate/ baking soda

    Short description of the procedure:
    Mix sugar, salt and yeast in water. Add liquid butter and gradually add flour to the water. In order to get a nice semi-soft dough, we have to knead it for 2-3 minutes. Finally, let the dough rise for 40 minutes. We divide the leavened dough into 8 parts, which we shape into loaves. Form each dough into an oblong shape and let it rest, covered, for 15 minutes.
    During that time we will prepare a water bath from water and baking soda. Let the water and baking soda boil for 2-3 minutes, then turn down the heat to a very slow boil.
    Place the pastry in the bath and let it float for 30 seconds. In those 30 seconds, we have to turn it 3-4 times. On each side count approx. 10 seconds🙂 Take the pastry out on a baking sheet with paper and make 2 cuts with a sharp knife. Bake the pastry at 190°C for 20-25 minutes, it depends on the oven👍

      Zdravím @magnolia 🙂 Toto pečivo je naozaj úžasné. Pečiem ozaj mnoho rôznych koláčov a pečív, ale ani jedno z nich sa tomuto nepodobá🙂 Je jemné, ľahučké a mäkké zvnútra a zvonka má krásnu kôrku. Ten sódový kúpeľ dodá nielen krásnu farbu počas pečenia, ale aj jedinečnú chuť. Mne tá chuť pripomína klasické tyčinky z obchodu, ktoré sa pokial viem robia vlastne tiež podobným spôsobom🙂👍 Vrelo odporúčam toto pečivo vyskúšať, výsledok ťa určite milo prekvapí. A čo musím dodať je, že sú výborné a mäkké aj na druhý deň👍
