Love this. I literally just had a coaching session today where I was taking an individual through their 30/60/90 day game plan and they said to me that they felt overwhelmed. What followed was an amazing conversation where we broke down their path to success in small, bite-sized chunks in a logical order. It was amazing to see the difference in their body language when they started to realize that it really is not that hard. That's when I said, "There you are! That's the person I knew was waiting to come out"
