Mine months ago I set my gun down sensitivity to around 25 but now even if I set it to only 1 it still go down when I shoot. If i set it to 10 or 20 it goes down very fast

I can move around the arrow of the mouse but I can't click anything, same with the keyboard ( I set up the control but it's not working even I keep fixing settings.). It worked yesterday but all of the sudden it's not working anymore. I tried doing the steps again that I watched but it did't work again. Any tips and can help me with the problem? I downloaded and uninstalled it, then I made the old setting, the mouse was 35, the cursor was 64, but my old mouse setting did not work, the mouse setting is 35 dpi, it rotates very fast in 2 levels, I deleted the kugemir application, reinstalled it, it is the same in the new version, please help. what should I do?
