I am BLOWN away by this launch from her! All three of the palettes i bought are STUNNING and the nattes in the face palette are SO pigmented and smooth. The sparkly greens on yhe bottom row are SOOOOOOO AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL!! And FYI, one of the blushes in both palettes are new and one is existing. As for the trios, the bronzers are repeats but the blushes and highlighters are all new :) 😊
Every time I watch a Pat McGrath video with you Rebecca I always want what I didn’t before! I don’t have any Pat McGrath blushes and I think it’s something that I need in my life!!
You know, I know a lot of people are disappointed that she didn’t put out a large palette like she normally does. Though, I think this setup is great for someone who is interested in trying PM’s products but hasn’t bitten bullet yet. I think it’s great to be able to try 2 blushes and her eyeshadow in one palette. Now, as far as the design/print on the packaging, I don’t care for. But honestly, I’ve never liked PM’s prints on these holiday palettes. As far as the cardboard packaging, I don’t mind that. Imo, the price point for the quints is perfect. Overall, this collection is perfect for the beginner trying PM. The looks you created are beautiful! Thank you for sharing!😊
I totally agree. I have never bought a PM palette because of the price point being out of range for me. I would consider one of the quints or even these motherships. I paid $70 for a Natasha Denona palette, which doesn't even include blush.

Was on the fence but liked your video and think I will try her face palette with the USA stuff. Hello Rebecca! I found the third palette she launched in her love collection at Marshall's last week and picked it up for $30. I bought the all matte one and the pink leaning one at launch earlier this year. But then I saw one of Patty Alonso's videos where she talked about the orange leaning one and i wanted it so bad! So when i found it last week i was super happy! They also had several of her 2022 holiday mthrshps. Onto this launch, i bought the same quints you did and only the Starstruck Splendor mthrshp. My large palette came with the top right bronze shade smashed all over. I sent them an email with pics and they immediately shipped out a replacement which arrived on Tuesday. My original order arrived on October 4th, so i got my pretties 6 days after launch. I live on the East coast though so her shipping is usually very expedient. I have always had fantastic customer service from PMG personally. And they didnt ask me to send the damaged one back so i am going to send one to a friend. On the other hand, my CT Beautyverse palette arrived with a broken shade AND two of the pans came unglued. I sent an email to CT and they wanted me to send the broken one back in order to get a refund. ETA: PMG also sent me another Golden Moonlight but i think that was accidental. The original shipping notice i got once they approved my replacement was for the highlighter. And i responded and told them that that was not the product i needed replacing. So they immediately sent me a shipping email for the Starstruck Splendor. But they still sent me the highlighter in a separate package. The funny thing is, the highlighter was slightly broken when i got it but i repressed it and you cant even tell. So im also gifting that to a friend. Or maybe as a xmas present for somebody. The Golden Moonlight was a free gift for orders over $125 if i remember correctly.
I am not surprised to hear about your experience with Charlotte’s customer service. I have heard they have become very very bad. I believe Pat McGrath Labs warehouse and shipping is in New Jersey so the East Coast gets very timely service. I had it down on my calendar for arriving about three weeks from now so I am amazed that I got it and yet, in comments, people are saying they haven’t gotten the shipping notifications yet so maybe they fixed something to the West Coast? Either that or I have used up all of my pat McGrath good luck for the next two years.
I've never bought any Pat McGrath palettes. The ones I've seen reviewed in the past were always out of my budget. These actually seem more reasonably priced for what you get. They're all beautiful! 🤩
Hi dear Rebecca, as you know i cannot wear PMG type of shadows, but woooowwww i love a good Pat McGrath video, and especially from you, loved watching every minute, your humor, and you created beautiful looks, all products look beautiful on you!!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Would i pick something up from what you showed, if i could, yes, sure, of course! I would pick up the first of the bigger palettes, the made in the USA palette! But Pat's eyeshadows are stunning!!! Her blushes i like, her bronzer in shade 2 i really love! Her highlighters are to much THERE for me, but that's a preference. How did you say that, picking on Pat i never would, she is such an artist, i respect her so much!!! And i love her lipglosses, i wear them everyday, also no-makeup days, always a nice light/nude toned PMG gloss for me! I think the quality on the bigger ones are just a tad less quality than her other holiday palettes from the past. It was my first time trying out the Quints..slightly better quality on those but overall I’m pleased! ❤
Those pallets are gorgeous and only Pat McGrath can create universal shades that look great on everyone. Even when you’re messing around and stacking shades. The purple made your beautiful green eyes pop.
I am sad the big palettes had a blush in them... I don't like it when palettes combine certain products... Also somehow I feel last Christmas the quints were a different quality? I prefered them tbh. Of course I am happy to own more make up😂 but it is not my fave this year sadly. Also, I was wondering if you plan on reviewing Dior holiday? Very curious to see a review and swatches of the purple glitter lipstick😮. That looks so fun for the holiday season😍🙌🏻
I have the Dior sparkly liquid lip on its way to me. Is that the one you mean? There’s also the super expensive one that was just released and obviously I will skip that. I did the Eyeshadows a while back

What is going on over at Pat McGrath Labs? This time I actually mean that in a good way!! I ordered my 2 quints (the 2 you didn’t get) on Sunday afternoon and they arrived on Wednesday! 😮 Have they actually listened and started improving things? I’m keeping my fingers crossed that this is the start of a great trend and not a one time fluke!! I really like the large palette with the greens which would be great for traveling and the Lunar Nightshade quint. I wish I’d gotten them both. I will pick them up if they last until they are part of a sale on her site. If I miss them, I will take it as a sign it was not meant to be. I really like the 2 quints I got! I don’t mind this packaging for holiday. It keeps the price down, and it’s a sturdy cardboard. (I’m not a fan of the design this year but that’s the least important thing to me) This was a great release! I hope this is an upward trend with me getting re-excited about the brand and that the shipping is a new trend!! (And I bought that highlighter a year or 2 ago and I love it! What a great gift with purchase! )

All of the palettes look beautiful on you, Rebecca! I actually think the greens and teal eyeshadows bring out your eyes, but the warmer shades are also pretty. I was excited about this collection myself. I ordered the Starstruck palette, along with the Lunar Nightshade eyeshadow palette and the Fleurtatious Nude face palette. The highlighter is also included with my order. However, my order has not even been shipped yet! I placed my order the morning of the launch on September 28, and I got a notification from Pat on October 4th that due to overwhelming demand, they wouldn’t be shipping my order until this week. Well, guess what! It’s now Thursday, October 12th and there’s no word yet on my order! In fact, I just sent an email asking when they were supposed to ship it just before I saw your video! When Pat came out with the Starwars mini palettes, I received the wrong one and had to return it. It took two months to finally receive the correct palette, only because it hadn’t already sold out yet! So I’m not a happy camper right now. I’d like to get the Bronze Ecstasy 5 pan palette and maybe the Nirvana In Bloom blush/bronzer/highlighter trio, but I’m not ordering anything until I get my original order. Do you know if any other influencer ordered the trios? I was hoping to see what they looked like. I haven’t ordered any blush since the original launch of the single blushes, so I don’t mind getting the trios.
I am in shock. I have never been this early with a Pat McGrath review in my life. Usually I cover her releases about a month after everyone else. So trust me, I understand your frustration more than you realize. I don’t know anyone who ordered the trios and I hear they’ve got so much a new products in them so I’m excited to see what you get.
I think everything is so beautiful!!! My order still hasn’t shipped. 😢 So I’ll do the complaining this time! I’m fine with the packaging, doesn’t bother me at all, it def is very Bridgerton-esque.

Congrats on the “ no complaints “ 🎉 this time . I am biased , I have yet to be jaded by Pat ‘s shadows (when it comes to eyes) I am never interested in blushes , personally . So many brands put blushes in their kits. I assume people love blushes 😊 they tend to be in a big pan so if you don’t happen to not like the color then it feels like a waste . Anyways I feel and share your excitement , they all seem gorgeous ❤
YES! That is totally the issue with face palettes. They put in a bronzer and it only works for certain skin types. They put in two blushes and it feels like a waste. They put in a face powder and that feels like only some of us use it. It's a no win for sure.

Wow, I think these look far better than I expected. Just when I finish complaining about all the pinks, lack of innovation, long deliveries, and the list goes on, yet i still love her products. When I first saw the palettes, I immediately had flashbacks of bridgerton release and those awful cardboard packages. These don’t seem as awful but the face palette and of course the colored mascara are a no for me right now, but i’m interested in the five-pans. Those look gorgeous!!

I dont like the large packaging but I have a quint in similar packaging and its quite a good quality sturdy case. Nicer than the plastic ones they did a while back.

I love the lunar look on you and that hi-lighter all over the blush is looking fabulous. In the larger kits, I wish she did 1 blush and 1 medium toned bronzer (rather than 2 blushes). I think the 5 pan lunar is the item for me.

Oh gosh, now I am torn. I just got the Denona blue mini this week. I told myself no more. But this Lunar Night Shade is so beautiful. And on a side note I like that you use the shadows how you wear them. I love the fancy looks that you see on Patty’s channel but I want to see everyday thrown together looks with the same pallets. I am a 42 year old mom with a career. I don’t have time for extravagant smoke outs and cut creases.
I only got Lunar Nightshade and I love it! This is the Pat McGrath that I love… unique color story that challenges us to think differently about color, but looks amazing on the eyes. ❤
I picked up all the quints except for the blue one (I can't pull off blue). I love them. They're the same beautiful formula as last years holiday quints and they feel "special". I'm not getting the special feels from the last mothership, but the quints delivered!

Hi Rebecca, I got the Jeweled Temptation and the true red mascara. I wanted to get the starstruck Splendour palette but I had the blush shade so I got the other one. Ok I got the quint that looked like it had 2 green shades which turn out not to be as green as greenish blue. But if this goes on sale I will pick it up. I have so many of her blushes etc. the 2 greens are the ones I want out of the whole thing lol. But eventually I’ll get it on sale.
That intro - I was literally shocked to see your review so soon and always think of the train incident every PML review. I want the bronze quint and the interesting blue/purple quint when it goes on sale. But one of the blushes each palette are new! Love your intro look 😍 and you cracked me up several times - PML also makes the pink shades for me, but it has to be the right depth like moonlit seduction. I complain about PML but I keep coming back.

Same. And I ordered the second the hour early access opened. I can’t understand why PML doesn’t have enough staff to get their orders sent out in a timely manner. I also saw another creator who received her order with one of the quints missing (probably they didn’t order enough), which doesn’t bode well for those of us who haven’t even received a shipping notification yet.
It could be as simple as meeting production demand or not having all the eggs in one basket. I sometimes think her and Natasha try the new formulas and use us all as testers.
The 5 pans are definitely prettier , I was eyeing a few of them that nightshade one looks really pretty. I like their is a slight blueish shade but it's not all blue their is other colors in it. I really wish she did a green quint . The big pallet the darker one 1 of the blushes is a new shade. Idk if I love the packaging and throwing the blush in the pallet it kinda makes it look cheap . I saw Martina Lilly do a look with the bronze and that pink one u got and they were so pretty especially the cooler toned bronze she said their was a special formula to it . I'm happy u love your purchase and I agree I hate ordering from PM it's always an annoyance one time it took 2 months to get my package and I was like I'm done with that site and her coustomer service sucks so now I only order if it's a good sale cause I'm impatient and don't want to deal with crappy people 😆

I hate the packaging of the large palettes. The outer design just looks so juvenile and so much wasted space inside. I have some of the Bridgerton collection and wish she would just stick to the high end aesthetic of PML. The 5 pans do look nice. I fully expect to see these at TJMaxx/Marshalls in a few months.🤷🏻♀️

So when i found it last week i was super happy! They also had several of her 2022 holiday mthrshps.
Onto this launch, i bought the same quints you did and only the Starstruck Splendor mthrshp. My large palette came with the top right bronze shade smashed all over. I sent them an email with pics and they immediately shipped out a replacement which arrived on Tuesday. My original order arrived on October 4th, so i got my pretties 6 days after launch. I live on the East coast though so her shipping is usually very expedient. I have always had fantastic customer service from PMG personally.
And they didnt ask me to send the damaged one back so i am going to send one to a friend.
On the other hand, my CT Beautyverse palette arrived with a broken shade AND two of the pans came unglued. I sent an email to CT and they wanted me to send the broken one back in order to get a refund.
ETA: PMG also sent me another Golden Moonlight but i think that was accidental. The original shipping notice i got once they approved my replacement was for the highlighter. And i responded and told them that that was not the product i needed replacing. So they immediately sent me a shipping email for the Starstruck Splendor. But they still sent me the highlighter in a separate package. The funny thing is, the highlighter was slightly broken when i got it but i repressed it and you cant even tell. So im also gifting that to a friend. Or maybe as a xmas present for somebody. The Golden Moonlight was a free gift for orders over $125 if i remember correctly.
I am not surprised to hear about your experience with Charlotte’s customer service. I have heard they have become very very bad. I believe Pat McGrath Labs warehouse and shipping is in New Jersey so the East Coast gets very timely service. I had it down on my calendar for arriving about three weeks from now so I am amazed that I got it and yet, in comments, people are saying they haven’t gotten the shipping notifications yet so maybe they fixed something to the West Coast? Either that or I have used up all of my pat McGrath good luck for the next two years.

I've never bought any Pat McGrath palettes. The ones I've seen reviewed in the past were always out of my budget. These actually seem more reasonably priced for what you get. They're all beautiful! 🤩

I think the quality on the bigger ones are just a tad less quality than her other holiday palettes from the past. It was my first time trying out the Quints..slightly better quality on those but overall I’m pleased! ❤

Those pallets are gorgeous and only Pat McGrath can create universal shades that look great on everyone. Even when you’re messing around and stacking shades. The purple made your beautiful green eyes pop.

What is going on over at Pat McGrath Labs? This time I actually mean that in a good way!! I ordered my 2 quints (the 2 you didn’t get) on Sunday afternoon and they arrived on Wednesday! 😮 Have they actually listened and started improving things? I’m keeping my fingers crossed that this is the start of a great trend and not a one time fluke!!
I really like the large palette with the greens which would be great for traveling and the Lunar Nightshade quint. I wish I’d gotten them both. I will pick them up if they last until they are part of a sale on her site. If I miss them, I will take it as a sign it was not meant to be. I really like the 2 quints I got!
I don’t mind this packaging for holiday. It keeps the price down, and it’s a sturdy cardboard. (I’m not a fan of the design this year but that’s the least important thing to me)
This was a great release! I hope this is an upward trend with me getting re-excited about the brand and that the shipping is a new trend!! (And I bought that highlighter a year or 2 ago and I love it! What a great gift with purchase! )

I really like them too. And if they are going to be in cardboard at least it's really beautifully done. I love her blushes, I thought one of the shades was new but even if I'm wrong, I don't care because luckily I don't have either. Selfishly, I don't want it to sell well so it will go to TJ Maxx and then hopefully I can buy all of it there. 🤞🏼 so let's not tell a lot of people how lovely this collection is. Lol 😆 🤣

All of the palettes look beautiful on you, Rebecca! I actually think the greens and teal eyeshadows bring out your eyes, but the warmer shades are also pretty. I was excited about this collection myself. I ordered the Starstruck palette, along with the Lunar Nightshade eyeshadow palette and the Fleurtatious Nude face palette. The highlighter is also included with my order. However, my order has not even been shipped yet! I placed my order the morning of the launch on September 28, and I got a notification from Pat on October 4th that due to overwhelming demand, they wouldn’t be shipping my order until this week. Well, guess what! It’s now Thursday, October 12th and there’s no word yet on my order! In fact, I just sent an email asking when they were supposed to ship it just before I saw your video! When Pat came out with the Starwars mini palettes, I received the wrong one and had to return it. It took two months to finally receive the correct palette, only because it hadn’t already sold out yet! So I’m not a happy camper right now. I’d like to get the Bronze Ecstasy 5 pan palette and maybe the Nirvana In Bloom blush/bronzer/highlighter trio, but I’m not ordering anything until I get my original order. Do you know if any other influencer ordered the trios? I was hoping to see what they looked like. I haven’t ordered any blush since the original launch of the single blushes, so I don’t mind getting the trios.
I am in shock. I have never been this early with a Pat McGrath review in my life. Usually I cover her releases about a month after everyone else. So trust me, I understand your frustration more than you realize. I don’t know anyone who ordered the trios and I hear they’ve got so much a new products in them so I’m excited to see what you get.

I am never interested in blushes , personally . So many brands put blushes in their kits. I assume people love blushes 😊 they tend to be in a big pan so if you don’t happen to not like the color then it feels like a waste . Anyways I feel and share your excitement , they all seem gorgeous ❤
YES! That is totally the issue with face palettes. They put in a bronzer and it only works for certain skin types. They put in two blushes and it feels like a waste. They put in a face powder and that feels like only some of us use it. It's a no win for sure.

Wow, I think these look far better than I expected. Just when I finish complaining about all the pinks, lack of innovation, long deliveries, and the list goes on, yet i still love her products. When I first saw the palettes, I immediately had flashbacks of bridgerton release and those awful cardboard packages. These don’t seem as awful but the face palette and of course the colored mascara are a no for me right now, but i’m interested in the five-pans. Those look gorgeous!!
Tracie! It’s like a cycle with me and Pat. I complain. I even sometimes say I won’t buy it. I complain again. I think it’s pretty but then I complain. And then I end up loving it.

I love the lunar look on you and that hi-lighter all over the blush is looking fabulous. In the larger kits, I wish she did 1 blush and 1 medium toned bronzer (rather than 2 blushes). I think the 5 pan lunar is the item for me.

Oh gosh, now I am torn. I just got the Denona blue mini this week. I told myself no more. But this Lunar Night Shade is so beautiful.
And on a side note I like that you use the shadows how you wear them. I love the fancy looks that you see on Patty’s channel but I want to see everyday thrown together looks with the same pallets. I am a 42 year old mom with a career. I don’t have time for extravagant smoke outs and cut creases.

I picked up all the quints except for the blue one (I can't pull off blue). I love them. They're the same beautiful formula as last years holiday quints and they feel "special". I'm not getting the special feels from the last mothership, but the quints delivered!

Hi Rebecca, I got the Jeweled Temptation and the true red mascara. I wanted to get the starstruck Splendour palette but I had the blush shade so I got the other one. Ok I got the quint that looked like it had 2 green shades which turn out not to be as green as greenish blue. But if this goes on sale I will pick it up. I have so many of her blushes etc. the 2 greens are the ones I want out of the whole thing lol. But eventually I’ll get it on sale.

That intro - I was literally shocked to see your review so soon and always think of the train incident every PML review. I want the bronze quint and the interesting blue/purple quint when it goes on sale. But one of the blushes each palette are new! Love your intro look 😍 and you cracked me up several times - PML also makes the pink shades for me, but it has to be the right depth like moonlit seduction. I complain about PML but I keep coming back.

The 5 pans are definitely prettier , I was eyeing a few of them that nightshade one looks really pretty. I like their is a slight blueish shade but it's not all blue their is other colors in it. I really wish she did a green quint . The big pallet the darker one 1 of the blushes is a new shade. Idk if I love the packaging and throwing the blush in the pallet it kinda makes it look cheap . I saw Martina Lilly do a look with the bronze and that pink one u got and they were so pretty especially the cooler toned bronze she said their was a special formula to it . I'm happy u love your purchase and I agree I hate ordering from PM it's always an annoyance one time it took 2 months to get my package and I was like I'm done with that site and her coustomer service sucks so now I only order if it's a good sale cause I'm impatient and don't want to deal with crappy people 😆

I hate the packaging of the large palettes. The outer design just looks so juvenile and so much wasted space inside. I have some of the Bridgerton collection and wish she would just stick to the high end aesthetic of PML. The 5 pans do look nice. I fully expect to see these at TJMaxx/Marshalls in a few months.🤷🏻♀️
