Whelen 4003 test 1-3-11.

This is the whelen 4003 i've been trying to record for 3 yrs and never got it! Finally i did!! this siren is owned and operated by the union pacific railroad company and is tested with the desoto system 3 voice messages in the begining 4 at the end....Note this siren winds down 1 minute earler than the rest.
