Finally, a tutorial session that didn't overburden me with then-irrelevant detail! My task was to copy several files from Git to GitHub, and you succinctly provided me with just the steps I needed to get the job done. Thank you very kindly indeed.
Thank you so much!!! I was struggling FOREVER to push code to my repository. Now prospective employers and collaborators can view my progress as I learn and develop more!
After learning how to push for a couple of hours, I finally found this video. Terminal asked me a password so I created a access talken. Maybe the system have changed since 4 years ago. Anyway, thank you so much for making this video! 🌹😍
Amazing...I was finally successful because of this video. It would be amazing to see a follow up video about how you can push again after you've made changes. I know there should be tons of videos out there that explain this. But one coming from this channel would be ideal. Up-vote if you agree.
You are such a gem Maggie... i can help but scream "eureka" after watching this video that effortlessly solved my nightmare without adding more confusion to my situation just like every other resources out there.... thanks in a million fold ma'am... i have instantly subscribed and liked the video!!! please i look forward to more contents like how to make "a pull requests, create a branch, and to commit to a general branch in a group working project" thanks in anticipation ma'am
Very well explained by Maggie, especially with the 'steps'. Just realised default branches are now named 'main' and not 'master', something that was introduced in 2020.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I watched several videos on how to do this. Your easy, step-by-step instructions were a lifesaver! You earned a new subscriber!
THANK YOU!!!! This relieved SO SO much frustration caused by my absolutely USELESS TA, I have a feeling I'll be coming back to this channel a lot this semester!
This was such a clean, concise, and easy-to-follow tutorial on how to make a repository and push via git! I fully forgot how to do this, and this was the most succinct how-to instruction video! Thanks so much!
Just to add to this, the language and definitions used to describe what you were doing all made this really understandable, this is really a great video.
This is awesome. I learned git on Kodekloud, but didn't know how to do just this. I'm not saying that Kodekloud didn't do a great job, but the transition from hands-on to real life is not that simple
Specified the folder where my work is located yet it keeps telling me..No such file or directory Pls where am i getting it wrong cus i can't move futher without completing that step
