as someone who has played FH2 and 3 , and horizon zero dawn and forbidden west, i can confirm this is true. Horizon zero was never able to be something to relax and play as fh4 was, and FH4 was the most expanded forza horizon game for me.

I say buy the ultimate edition you do get a lot of dlcs with a lot more play time and have a lot of fun. And also if you don't buy the ultimate edition the dlcs won't be possible to buy ever, so buy it if it's in your budget you won't regret it

i bought it around 2022 and i loved the marketplace where you can buy rare cars ect, pretty cool.

Not really. That's simply how licensing works in this type of games. More of a legal issue rather than anything else
unfortunately, there is little racing, I finished in less than 4 hours of play. The races
