SO HAPPY I got to do my Dreadacythe combo, first learned this goofy interaction in high school of all places 10 years ago. Some fun details, the vaylantz is the only level 8 fire pendulum that I could reborn with Princess for the ritual summon! Pilgrim reaper being a zombie gave us one last 5 mill if needed, and was our bridge to two zombies for sucker to set up the swap! You may notice it would have been easier to just add amorphactor back to hand with the shufflers, this is true but if any of the main 3 for the combo isn't in starting hand (Pain, Dreadscythe or the equip), we run the risk of needing a shuffler early (before amorphactor is milled) to shuffle back so we will end on 4 cards for draw plus sucker mandatory draw! EATOS IS A UR! Finally, the TCG can do this more easily. The tcg ruling of Dreadscythe triggers if it's the one equipped to Exa-beetle and Exa-beetle goes to grave to resummon itself but not the ocg or MD version, forcing us to use eatos instead!
Guardian Dreadscythe is equipped to a monster from the hand or deck as an Equip Card due to the effect of Union Carrier. If Guardian Dreadscythe is then sent to the Graveyard, will its effect that sends a card from your hand to the Graveyard and special summons itself from the Graveyard activate? Anyone looking for an idea for one of these, feel free to steal this idea - Make a broken, tier 0 board (Apollousa, Baronne, Borrel Savage, VFD). Then make every misplay possible, negate & destroy VFD with Baronne, then during standby tag it out for a vanilla, use Apollousa to negate Borrel, ect. Basically make an impossible to break wall and break it yourself. I mean, it made me laugh when I was playing against someone who looked up a combo but still didn't really know how to play the deck.
the amount of decks that people make for this series and yugioh in general is impressive so many decks that look like a bunch of random cards but have crazy interactions and end boards that make you go "i didn't know that was possible" and people keep making more! tbh that is one of the reasons i like this game.

The Magical Hats duel has me wondering something: if a face-up Spell/Trap summoned off the Hats gets banished by a card that specifically "returns" the monsters it banished to the field, would it be able to return the Spell/Trap to get around the Hats' destruction effect, or would it "forget" that it was treated as a monster and not be able to return it?
The Spell/Trap card would be sent to the graveyard as it cannot return to the Monster Zone. This applies to all temporary banish effects applied to Spell/Traps that become monsters. It doesn't return to the field.
