My question is simple: does His Majesty the King have the authority to suspend the Board when he himself is a Board member (Chairman). The little that I know is that all the Board members (except the Chairman) are appointed by the Minister of Land Reform & Rural Development. Shouldn’t the Minister be the one suspending the Board?
@@MongeziZondo The Sole Trustee has no powers to suspend a Board according to the 6 pages of the Ingonyama Trust Act. I’m no legal eagle, but it didn’t take me long to read this Act & not a single clause on there gives the sole trustee ANY powers. My question still remains, does iSilo/sole trustee have the power to suspend the Board when he himself is a member? Should he also not be suspending himself?
@@30_mumbo51There is no such Act in South Africa, it's called the Public Finance Management Act and not the Public Management Finance Act please please please 🙏🙏🙏
