Once I had a galleon vs galleon fight for a skull fort, and it took and HOUR and no one got the loot, and here’s how, When we were fighting, we ended up sinking their ship, but we didn’t kill their crew, so what they did was they got gunpowder barrels from their sunken ship and they went on to our ship with them, and there was no way we could survive so many gunpowder barrels. So after our boat sank we made our way back to the fort, and about halfway there, the skull disappeared, meaning they beat the fort. So when we got to the fort, since their boat was still sunk, they tried escaping in a rowboat that they had, we easily sunk the rowboat accept we only killed 2 of the 4 people on the rowboat including the rowboat itself, the last 2 tried to board our ship, but they were out numbered and we vanquished them, but then we couldent find the loot in the water, so the hour was wasted fighting for nothing in the end and somewhere in the bottom of the ocean, is a sunken rowboat and a stockpile of skull fort loot.
