Okay. What is the new trend lately with the glass doors on the kitchen pantry? I mean, lets face it, regardless of how pretty the little canisters are, etc. in your model .... most people's pantry's are filled with mismatched boxes of kid's cereal and zip-lock bags, bags of rice, canned goods and bags of dog food! I mean, do we really want to see inside the pantry without opening the door? I think not ..... am I right? That being said I love the design of this house. All the arches, built ins and that gorgeous dramatic staircase right as you enter the front door! Love it. Just hide the pantry and I'm all good with it!

I've lived in 3 Lennar homes that were around 3-5 years old...the walls and ceilings were crumbling. One of them had a leak in the duct work so Lennar sent a contractor out. He cut out huge holes in the ceiling and taped up plastic while we waited over a year for Lennar to make a settlement bc the issue was in several of their builds. Garbage builder

I think a fireplace in the master bathroom would be better than a tv, and the pantry shouldn't have a glass door but other than that this house is perfect.

The real estate world is really funny. This I see as 1.2m. The other one was more like $585,000. I love this home. I dont even like wood. I gotta step up my game.

I love the layout of the home. Of all the homes we reviewed this one is in the top 1%. I have a double range and I would like another. I’m not sure if it’s an option. We are looking to relocate to Florida in the next four years, Lord willing , and we will be looking for a similar layout.
Beautiful, however, the bedrooms are small. I don' t like that the sink is in the island. I don't like the range. I refer a stove. There should have been a window in the kitchen and that is where the kitchen sink should have been.

It keeps people from locking themselves in rooms. Bizarre as that sounds, people do that.
