@@competitioniq1670 हर इन्सान एक समान नहीं होता उत्तर हो या दक्षिण, पूरब या पश्च्छिम. ४० साल पहले मुम्बई में दक्षिण भारतियों के विरूद्ध मुहिम चढ़ा, बाद में बिहारियों और यू.पी. वाले निशाने पर आये।आज भी सिर्फ भाषा ही नहीं,जाती के नाम पर बिहार कितना बँटा है आपको मालूम है। तमिलनाडु में भी जातिवाद काफ़ी है।बेंगलुरू,हैदराबाद,चैन्नई, में लाखों उत्तर भारतीय युवा IT में कार्यरत हैं और परिवार समेत बसे हैं। इसलिये नकारात्मक विचारों को छोड़कर सकारात्मक तरीक़े से हर एक को एकता और आपसी सौहार्द के लिये प्रयास करना होगा।दूसरे पर उँगली उठाने से पहले हम खुद इस दिशा में क्या कर रहे हैं, पूछना होगा।

Some day, please ask Bihar CM to connect with such industrialist and offer them to set up industry in Bihar and provide security and concession.
Weather is some what similar in coimbatore and Gaya and other districts and distance to bangladesh is less too.
Reduction in the employee maintenance cost and transportation to Bangladesh market for yarn could lead to lesser cost and better profit.

Many North Indians used to come and start working, but they ran away for 1-2 month on occasion like wedding, festivals etc. tab tak Co. ka kaam kon karega.
Very laid back comment. Ghar baithe pitaji k paiso se khane se better hain, bahar jake mehnat kare, skill develop kare, tarakki kare aur khudh k paiso se khay. Aise complain karne vale attitude k log na safal hote hain aur na hi kisi aur ko safal hone dete hain. India need jobs, and such guys are training plus providing it. Kisi ko encourage nahi kar sakte toh discourage kabhi math karo.

UP, Bihar के लोग अब कहीं बाहर मत जाना, जब तक अपना state ना सुधर जाए। बहुत हो गया गाली खाना। हम अपना घर-गाँव छोड़ कर चले जाते है, यहाँ के मुखिया, विधायक हमारे फण्ड पे मजा मरते रहते है, न स्कूल सुधारते है ना स्वास्थ्य। वहाँ इनका काम करो और गुलामो सा व्यवहार झेलो ।
वहां फैक्टरी मालिक की मौज है, यहाँ राज्य में नेताओं की। हमारी जिंदगी ट्रैन में गुजरती है। अपना घर, राज्य छोड़ के मत जाना, सब सुविधा, रोजगार अपने यहाँ होना चाहिए बस।

Saurabh this type of interview very useful. Ur not covering political issue but also present total picture country. If industrial says worker shortage but some political party say that unemployment issue. Actual that salary structure is very low. But expensive is very high.

Saurabhji please visit barkagaon in Hazaribagh....where huge displacements took place due govt starting the coal mining in the area...
The displaced are mostly engaged in mining outsourcing companies
Ladies are engaged in Aparel and Textile industry....which is now closed owing to some labour issues ....
The mining and Apparel companies are all from South India...
They provide hardly any papers detailing employment conditions

This is not new for tamil nadu 30 years ago my mother went to Guindy Textile university in chennai was trained and then was hired as a Merchandizer for a top export company in Chennai. She was the merchandizer for Calvin Klien , American eagle, Ralph Lauren some of the top US designers. The same model where the industry tied up with an institute. And in the 90s she had earned up to 10,000 Rs while a computer engineer in the same company was earning 1500 rupees. Now when I hear an engineer is getting 10,000 rupees I am seriously shocked. How can one run a household with 10,000 rupees in 2024. My grandfather was math teacher in Tirupur the textile town of Coimbatore. The knowledge of this man is amazing look what talent we have on how he is speaking uplifting states. We grow as a community and you have BJP playing hindu muslim.
