Cheap life Hua uses a lot of moves famous from Jin Yong Wuxi a novels. First when he catch Seven’s sword he uses the dragon claw technique from Shaolin. Second, when he redirects the shatter sword the move he uses is very similar to tai chi from Wudang. And the final move he about to make must be the 18 dragon subding palms from the beggars’ gang which also the inspiration of his image
i think cheap life hua lied about the demon dagger making sevens body weak and killing him, so that he won’t get bloodlust and go crazy like he does here.
Or seven's still alive after years of using it because he has high vitality. If my memory serves right, When redtooth bit him, he said he has high vitality or something like that.
This show is captivating, even tho it doesn’t take its self very seriously it still has amazing music, story telling and the characters and moments are hard to forget. It really dose have it all the action is amazing and well thought of and the world there building has a lot of potential
