I'm not with anyone, i wanted that person , but I realized that the person didn't want me or was capable of loving. I wish then nothing but the best.

And the wall became a castle with an army around it, so no one can get inside again. Does it help that they will regret it? Not really. The damage is done.

As time passes, you must realize that wondering about their reaction, hoping that they’re suffering, all that must be let go. The alternative is to allow yourself to remain shackled to them, to those that wronged you, took you for granted, and bled you dry. Eventually, you have to let that go. Time is curative is an expression not often heard these days. Realize the shackles of their actions are self-imposed and the key within your fist. Unclench and unlock. Discard those shackles as they discarded you. Grieve if needed but don’t wallow in your grief. There’s no going back. There’s no getting back. What’s done is done, and those times, those fond memories of what once was, are gone forever. Free yourself fully from them, eventually. Let it go. And, good luck with that.
