I'm late to this, honest feedback mero janey mann - He said in the beginning, people make racist comments, a few minutes in you're translating his song to Chinese. Also, let the dude make music on his terms. Its okay to guide, but imagine sitting down with a more veteran artist and translating their songs in front of them. 'Make a Hindi version', 'Make a English version'. Imagine translating 'ali ali' to 'a little little' that's hilarious. Its not like he's doing music to be intentionally internationally recognised or for virality. If it comes, then great. But to do it with that in mind is not authentic. Also, validation does not always lie outside of Nepal. To spend so much of the podcast translating, then calling someone to find a word, and relentlessly pushing that way beyond the 2 mins it needed was uncomfortable and weird.
Identity politics has done more harm in my views . We have become more divided than ever. I used to feel proud before of our diversity and yet we were one tara aile ta sidhai baun bhote yo tyo . I am big fan of this guy i know few who have class like him
