Sugar has a great temperament. Good with the other fur babies. That is because this is a loving and caring family. How she behaves so well is because this family, gives her things to keep her entertained and curious. She has all that beautiful space to run around the house and garden. I don't believe this family would ever put Sugar in a cage and deprive her attention and feeding. Those other channels are horrible. Kaka, BiBi, Linda and your channel you all have taken very good care for her. Thank you and your family for getting her from the abusive neighbor. Okay this one is pretty ridiculous. There is NO WAY she knew that the medicine was something that would help mom. Sugar is VERY smart but she wouldn't know something like that. I get that it's a cute story to have her help mom but you shouldn't have her carrying around pills like that. I know she's being supervised but she could bite down on that package and easily swallow the pill inside and that is VERY DANGEROUS. Monkeys big and small don't know any better. You're a good monkey mom but that's something you should take into consideration.

In this case simply not letting the monkey get ahold of medicine is the easy solution, period. That being said it is MUCH easier than doing all of the good things to care for Sugar. I will continue to give credit where credit is due as well. These people ARE caring for the monkey properly and everyone makes mistakes. I just hope they learn from theirs. I've seen many monkey channels go south but none where the monkey has developed this well so far (again, due to proper care and love).

I think in South East Asia, monkeys live quite closely alongside humans, often helping humans do work eg harvesting coconuts. So I guess now there's an entertainment industry starring monkeys! I lived in Asia and I saw monkeys kept as pets and also being used as harvesters. But they were not treated like family members like Sugar and Bibi. Or I wasn't aware.
