nice work, just wondering what didn't you just use the DEF tank?

I thought about a DEF tank, but too much $$ for our budget. Cheers

Thinking about doing the same…. How has the ABS pipe held up? Would you change anything?

It has been one and one-half years now, - solid install. Works great. I have had to make one minor modification. My fuel return line, the air line that lets air out of the tank while you fill the tank, can in fact be filled with fuel and not able to drain back into the tank due to a low area in the line. When this happens, you are unable to fill the tank because the air can’t escape. This has only happened once in a year a half, but it did happen, so I installed a relief valve in the air return line, so in the event that diesel makes its way into that line, I can drain it manual.
Solid install. Wouldn’t change anything else.
      Thank you for the question

What’s the purpose of a vent line. And where does it end?

      Good morning
The vent line is connected to the highest part of the fuel tank. The other end is connected to the side wall of the fill tube, right near the top where the fuel nozzle is inserted. As diesel is entering the tank, air must be able to escape. For this reason, all automotive fuel tanks have vent line. On my video, if you watch from 3:50 onwards I talk about the fuel vent line, and you can briefly see that it attaches up near the filler neck. Cheers
