A number of years ago I badly badly broke both bones in my lower arm, and after several surgeries and a tough time regaining function, I was given Chinese balls to use and through them I gained a level of use with my hand and arm I don't think I'd ever have obtained otherwise. Love them.

They do have bears, coyotes etc and apparently stalkers and although I'm skeptic possibly criptids of all kinds have been reported there. The bear spray can be used 6 - 12 feet away, it won't blind you permanently but you'll think twice about messing with that person again I guarantee that.😂
