Hello dear, I am a Hindu from Bangladesh, and I want to assure you that Hindu minorities are not being attacked here. It is true that due to the political turmoil, some Hindus were initially attacked, mostly those affiliated with the ex-Prime Minister’s party. This party ruled for 15 years, and now that the students' movement has caused their fall, some vandalism was expected. However, it is not happening anymore, and some Muslims were also initially attacked. As a country, Bangladesh has always been friendly, and we Hindus celebrate all our festivals grandly here. So, nothing significant has actually happened, except for a few sporadic incidents. The head of our current interim government has already met with the Hindus and stated that in this country, we are all like a family and should not be divided by religion. Before everything else, we are all citizens of Bangladesh. He is a Nobel Prize winner, and we are hopeful that we will be able to develop our country further with his valuable insights. I felt it was important to mention this because we do not wish to create any religious riots here as we have just come out of a political turmoil. I hope you understand our concern, and it was lovely watching your beautiful vlog ❤️
Moreover, I really wish that one day this world would become a safer place for women. The Kolkata incident has shaken us as well. I hope parents will also start teaching their boys how not to touch first rather than focusing on teaching girls about bad touch only.
