I'm 90% sure that RT option didnt apply. FPS is nearly the same and in all other benchmarks RT tanks fps by a lot. When you apply RT you need to restart the game and apply it a 2nd time for it to work properly
I Think it is maybe not working correctly when I used upscaling, when I tested RT without DLSS,It worked well, with the water reflexion etc etc

im running this on a 4090 with a 5900x and im barely staying at 60fps on 1440p. idont understand this . tried every preset and DLSS
Did you change de fps limit to more, like 120-140/ 240? The fps are capped in this game
