For anybody else interested :) I don’t have a conventional gaming setup cause my laptop wouldn’t be able to handle a capture card. So for Paris FC SZN1 and SZN2 EP1 I recorded clips through my Xbox 30 seconds at a time using their built-in feature, upload them to the Xbox Network, download them onto my phone and then use CapCut to edit them (it’s free)! I wouldn’t recommend that as it’s so labour intensive! Now I’ve got a couple of external storage drives, I’ve got one linked up to the Xbox which allows you to record up to an 1hr long clips. It’s cheaper than a capture card if you’re just starting out and don’t want to invest heavily at the start! I also brought a wireless mic that I connect to my phone and use this for audio when I record the “live games”. So I just record gameplay like that, transfer them onto another external drive and use that as the storage point for when I edit on my Mac - I still use CapCut as it does the job on desktop and mobile! Might look to see what Adobe etc have to offer in the next few months though as I hear their editing software is pretty good.

@user-ny6qc6pe1x for like Tik-Tok, YT Shorts, IG etc when you have your video material in CapCut (or whatever editing software you use) you need to change the ratio to 9:16 then enlarge the material and KeyFrame what you want on the screen - if you search for How to CapCut keyframe there should be a video tutorial :)
