    I've shared this series and look forward to the conclusion. Again, it's healing to one's heart to know that there are people who, in the face of monstrous evil, resist that evil and strive toward goodness.

    W sumie to muszę się ciebie zapytać gdyż kiedyś nagrałeś filmik o tym że starasz się o Polskie obywatelstwo. I bardzo mnie interesuje czy je otrzymałeś czy nie?
    P.s. Jeżeli je otrzymałeś to bardzo ci gratuluje. A jak nie to trzymam kciuki że ci się w końcu uda.

    While I appreciate your work on promoting Polish history for the english-speaking audience, I cannot support you in good conscience. Not while the modern state of Israel continues to slander Poland and how mr. Dariusz Stola, the director of Polin Muzeum behaves. I wish you all the best, Patrick. I really do. And I hope, that on your journey of through the Polish history, you will one day discover and voice the truth about how it only took one generation for the Jews to forget, why there are so many Poles named Righteous Among Nations.

    • @amazingpolishhistory
      @amazingpolishhistory  5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      This has nothing to do with politics. And the POLIN museum team are fantastic. Do Poland a favour and support a Hero

    • @TheSinicus
      @TheSinicus 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@amazingpolishhistory I am not talking about the museum team you're working with, as they are most likely without any guilt. I am talking about mr. Dariusz Stola, the museum's director and the interview he did for the Tok FM radion on september 2017. Here are some of his words about the soldiers of National Armed Forces (NSZ):
      - "It's an organisation founded by fascists"
      - "They were pround of being a part of the family of european fascists"
      - "They fought against human dignity and the unity of nation"
      - "They collaborated with the Germans at the end of the war"
      - "NSZ is an openly antisemitic organisation"
      History and any attempts to falsify it have everything to do with politics. Whether you like it or not, you got mixed up in this, by conducting the interview in the museum. There are a lot of Poles like me out there, who are tired of having our nation falsely accused and our heroes dragged through the mud. We all really appreciate what you're doing, and we have an unimaginable amout of respect for mr. Walaszczyk. And you would've had our support, if you made the interview somewhere else.
      As is, the only support I can offer, are words of gratitude and encouragement along with my best wishes. As for doing Poland a favour... that was a cheap jab, Patrick. I am doing my part for Poland in many ways, by supporting our heroes included. Forgive me for not feeling guilty, if I'll pass this one time. All the best to you and mr. Walaszczyk.

      Hey, why don't you go through all 5 episodes again to see that Patrick is one of the FEW people who actually got some things straight? Telling how Germans did all things in power to prevent Poles from even thinking of helping Jews, how they tried manipulated Poles to collaborate and how heroic Poles could be despite all that. Telling that the Polish government was the only one in Europe that did not collaborate with Germans. I swear, if it wasn't for my curiosity, my love for Poland and my own research, I wouldn't have known all these. Do you know why? Because some people prefer these facts not to be widely known. And to gradually die. There is a political game going on. The "Polish Holocaust" BS started for a reason. And I must say it scares me.
      I'm Polish, currently living in China, and I can't stand the recent propaganda and the history being rewritten. I can't express how grateful I am to Patrick for the respect he shows to my nation by actually studying the history of Poland and talking about it.
      Patrick, thank you! I'm waiting for more 😉
