- Does a part of my childhood Nancy Drew heart die every time I remind myself I'm shipping against book canon? Yes, yes it does. But does adult me care that much? Nope, not when there is THAT chemistry on the screen. Honestly though, Nancy and Owen = fire. I also gotta give a ton of credit to the writers, who continually support and actually admit to it being a love triangle (unlike other writer's room "platonic soulmates").
ANYWAYS, Nancy Drew has my heart and my life. Here's to the 1st of at least 2 (maybe 3-4 videos) over my winter break. Because let's be real, this is the best thing to get me through the hiatus.

They have same rich family and good characters. Owen assist Nancy to pursue what she love and understand her. Nancy slowly turns to him and share her world.
Like Owen said, they are same kind of person. Maybe I’m old fashion, but I actually pictured their wedding.
The only thing that will make me move on from Owen's death is if they will make Nancy-Ace a real thing.

Yes it's weird because I love Nancy&Ned. But this tv series is so different from the books so I don't even feel bad that I ship Nancy and Owen. They have more chemistry imo. And honestly I think it was a mistake that Nancy and Nick were already together in the beginning. Usually it works better if there's flirting and some forbidden love going on first.
Nancy and Nick are most likely endgame. Owen is more like a rebound, than anything else. Just like George for Nick is.
The only thing the books and tv series have in common are the names of characters and places. Thats. It.

@@missbella458 Personally I think they are going to be going on the Fanson train for awhile, the writers said they've loved how organically that relationship has grown and they've enjoyed the slowburn of it. I think Fanson will be sticking for awhile
